The 16th CERES-II Science Team Meeting was held 4-6 october in Lawrence
Livermore National Laboratory (LNLL), California. Two members of the Megha-Tropiques french team, Olivier Chomette and
Patrick Raberanto, were present and gave an oral presentation about the
ScaRaB products and the opportunity to compare the CERES and the ScaRaB

CNES has organised a press briefing the october, 3rd, the launch of Megha-Tropiques scheduled for october, 12th approaching. The MT team hosted a COST workshop on the Atmospheric Water Vapour in
the Climate System (WaVaCS) on 26-28 September 2011 at ENS, in Paris,
France. The workshop focused on water vapor time series and trends and
on cirrus inhomogeneities and their relationship to the environmental
water vapor field.
